Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated on Boulevard Taschereau, in a great bilingual community which was a huge plus for me as a non-French speaker. The rooms, although spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, had a strange, ugly smell and lacked a microwave. The service provided seemed like it belonged in a world-class hotel, but certain language barriers were challenging. The location offers easy access to downtown Montreal and is close to attractions like GP and Dix30. The dining experience was busy and confusing at times, with small and overcrowded eating areas. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers great value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and common shops, making it friendly for guests. It may be a bit far from attractions, but for those with activities in Brossard or visiting family in St Lambert, it's a close option. The service is well-trained for problem-solving but may come across as unaccommodating at times.
After a long day on the road coming from Vancouver, BC, this hotel surprised me with a room that opens right to the parking spaces, making it super convenient to unload and settle in. Despite the dim lighting at night, the room had fresh and clean linens and towels, providing a comfortable stay.
My stay was overall pleasant with some ups and downs. The hotel's convenient location off the main roads and close proximity to Downtown Montreal was great. The rooms, though clean and with useful amenities like a mini-fridge, had a persistent moldy smell. The service was warm and friendly, but there was a mix-up with our reservation. The dining options were varied with good selections, but not ideal. Despite some issues, the bilingual community and easy access to local shops were a definite plus.
